Magdalina Bruny vs. David Bruny, et. al.

Petition for Divorce and Alimony.

This cause came on to be heard upon the petition and the Testimony of witnesses, on ????disation of which the court find the equity of this case with the complaint(?) and that she is entitled to the relief sought by said petition, The court(?) find the allegations in the petition(?) set forth, true(?)as therein stated and set forth. Therefore(?) the court of law(?) and decree(?) that the Bonds of matrimony heretofore(?) existing between the said petitioner and the said(?) David Bruny be and the same are hereby absolutely dis[s]olved and the said(?) parties forever(?) freed from the obligation thereof and the ???? allow the said petitioner the sum of one hundred and(?) twenty-five dollars Alimony. And it is ????? that the ???? David Bruny within(?) 30 days pay to the said petitioner the said(?) sum of $125 with ???????? and costs(?) of this suit and in ??????? thereof that execution issue therefor(?). The court find that the said(?) defendant(?) Jacob Roases(?) is indebted to the said Leania(?) Bruny in the sum of one hundred dollars and that the said John ??????? is indebted to the said David Bruny in the sum of twenty five dollars – Therefore the court order(?) and decree(?) that the said Jacob Roases(?) within 30 days pay in to the hands of the clerk of this court for the use of the said petitioner the said sum of money so due from him to the said ????? Bruney and that in the liketure(?) the said John ?????? pay in the the hands of the clerk of this court for the said petitioner the said sum of money so(?) found(?) ??? ??? ????? and in default(?) of such payments or either(?) of ????? that execution issue as all(?) a Judgement at Law and it is further ???????? that the payments aforesaid by the said Roaser(?) and Luesars(?) shall be sufficient credits on(?) the ???? sums so are(?) due to the said David Bruny.
