Frederick Rodocker and Christian Moser, aliens and natives of Switzerland this day came into open court and severally declared all their solemn oaths that it is bonafide their intentions to become citizens of the United States, and to renounce(?) forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatsoever and particularly to the Government of Switzerland.

John Moser, an alien a[nd] native of Switzerland, a free white person, this day came into open court and declared on his solemn oath that it is his bonafide intention to become a citizen of the United States and to forever renounce(?) all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever and particularly the government of Switzerland where he was a former subject.

Matthias Moser, an alien and native of Baden, a free white person, this day came before me, James Mitchell, Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County, Ohio, and declared all(?) his solemn oath that it is his bonafide intention to become a citizen of the United States and to sever(?) forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever and particularly to the Grand Duke of Baden.
Dated this 12th day of April AD, 1853
