This is the story told by at least three unrelated separate sources.
HANS JOACHIM MATHAIS LENZ (my 2nd Great Grandfather)born in Immehath Germany in 1754 his father was Johann Carl Lenz, Born in 1720. He was one of seven brothers who became separated from each other during the 7 year was and was never able to officially establish what became of the others, other than that they were taken by Napoleon.

On Jan 4 1800, Hans married LLSE DORTHEA and they had 3 sons and 3 daughters.I only have the names of the sons and
they are: Hans Heinrich MatMathias Lenz born: May 2 1801
Heinrich Wilhelm Lenz born: Oct 2 1807
Johann Christopher Lenz (my Great Grandfather) born:Aug 17 1814

My Grandfather was Ernst Herman Lenz who at the age of 6 came to the united states with his parents. They left "BREMEN" aboard the ship "HANSA" arrived New York on 3 April 1869. They settled in Concordia MO later that same year. My Grandfather Ernst died in 1890 while Oregon looking for farm land. He was only 26 years old. He was married to Marie Martha Stuenkel and had two children one of which was My father HERMAN HENRY LOUIS LENZ.

Now my question is, Is there somebody that can connect this Lenz with one or more of the lost brothers????? If more information is needed I have a lot more in this box.
