Notes from the estate only:
October 9, 1835 an inventory of the estate was made by Claiborne M. Styles, Reuben Yarborough, George W. Teal as appraisers. Joel Yates, J. P., was the administrator of the estate.

page 77 Voucher  for annual return in 1837 was paid to Lacy Hattaway as attorney in fact in the amount of $32.15

page 78 Voucher  for annual return in 1838 was paid to Lacy Hattaway as attorney in fact in the amount of $38.50
Voucher  for annual return in 1838 was paid to Lacy Hattaway as attorney for Israel Nations, Manley Nations, Edna Nations, Talitha Findley, and Rebecca Nations in the amount of $236.25.
Note: "Delitha" Nations married John Findley on Jan. 7, 1840 in Campbell Co., GA.

Vouchers in the year 1839 were paid to:

Israel Nations ($74.14) as guardian for Pleasant Nations, a minor of the estate, Samuel Lee ($106.78) as guardian for James, Elizabeth, and Ann Nations.Campbell County, Georgia
Deeds Records, and Mortgages Book "D", Pages 87-88

State of Georgia, Campbell County. This indenture made this the fourteenth day of June in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and forty three between Joel Yates and John A. Hopkins, administrators of the estate of John Nations, deceased, of the state and county aforesaid of the one part and Lacy Hataway of the same place of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Joel Yates and John A. Hopkins, administrators aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid at and before sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Lacy Hataway, his heirs, and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in that seventh district of originally Coweta now Campbell County known in the plan of said district by number fourteen contained one hundred and thirty five acres more or less being two thirds of said lot the north and western part of side of it to have and to hold said part or parcel of land unto him the said Lacy Hataway, his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereunto the same in any means belonging to his and their own proper use and benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Joel Yates and John A. Hopkins administrators as aforesaid the said bargained premises unto the said Lacy Hataway, his heirs, and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and --- thereof as administrators as aforesaid against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatsoever.
In witness whereof we the said Joel Yates and John A. Hopkins as administrators as aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
