| This line of Hamilton's came to Pike County, then moved around a bit until settling in Morgan County, Kentucky and then my grandfather moved on to Ohio in the 1940's. Now for that Levito line. Rumor has it that our surname was really Oliveto. When Vincenzo came from Italy to America through Ellis Island his name was misspelled to Levito. Now I cannot document this source, (YET) but on the headstone of Vincenzo it does have both surnames. If anyone has any information on these surnames, please let me know. I am always diggin'!
