I found where D. M. Smith had deeded(book 101, page 32, Ritchie Co courthouse records) his children 119 acres on Goose Creek Rd in Dec 1934.The deed named J.L. Smith and wife Hazel F Smith, Alonza M. Smith and his wife Martha A Smith and Mary E Smith-Powell and her husband J.W. Powell.It mentions an exception of a private cemetery with an access road on this property.We think that this is the Stewart Cemetery destroyed by Robinson's that build a house near the site.
