2. Newspaper Obituary for Charles A. Moore, Charles Moore of Carlsbad Dies Suddenly, Death came suddenly to Charles A. Moore at his home on Magnolia Street in Carlsbad last evening. Mr Moore was ill only a few days and his condition was not regarded as serious. Mr. Moore, 77, had resided in Carlsbad three years. His birth place was Sleepy Eye Minn., and he was a retired ventilation engineer. He was a member of Summitt Masonic Lodge, 163, St. Paul, Minn. and was a 32 degree Mason with affiliation with Osman Temple in St. Paul. Mr. Moore is survived by his wife, Kathryn; a brother E. J. Moore, of Spokane, Wash.; and two sisters, Mrs. Lillian Shine, of Spokane and Mrs. Ella Wilcox of Hollywood. Funeral services will be conducted in the David Mortuary Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock and in Eternal Hills Cementary. (There was no year in the clipping but 1/19/38 was hand written in ink) .
