I started out of find what about the family oral history was real and what was not. I always loved the family stories. I also wanted to put the work that my aunt had done on the computer and see where it would lead.
It has lead me on a journey that I have found amazing. We all started in about the same area 200 years ago. Many of us came to Texas thru the same small county, not 100 miles from where I live now.
I have lived in Texas all my life, but I was amazed to find that I had moved back to very area we started in. I am still looking for my Grandmother Bills' family. She was born in Navarro County, Texas about 1890. Her father was Anderson Cook and her Mom Emma Rebecca Sears. Mysteries are to be solved.
