When Linn Motors was located in Council Grove's "Plaza", the area just East of the town bridge, Fred Clary made this plaque up for the mayor. Fred Clary was an old blacksmith when I was a kid in Council Grove. His shop was the 2nd establishment on the South side of the street from the bridge. The next establishment (also a member of the plaza) was Moon Mullins Liquor store.
