My maiden name is BAUER and I have very complete records done by my aunt that go back to Franconia.Several extended families moved from that region to Clarion Twp. Bureau Co. Ill between 1845 and 1870. Further, I am researching my mother's family including CROSS from Loudoun Co. and Fairfax Co. VA, CURTIS which has extensive but undocumented research to 1639 at Wethersfield CN, SPENCER and SIVELL which came together from Warwickshire England in 1857 to Magnolia IL.
