Your share was one-fourth of the appriased value of $10,000.00, less the expenses involved in said action.
This should clear up the estate of Lenna Hobbs completely.

The petitioner, LENA LAVINA LINNELL, whose race or color is White, being a resident of the State of Oregon, living at Box 173 Street, City of Winchester and having filed a petition for the registration of her birth, and having served a copy thereof upon the district attorney of this county, and more than five days having elapsed since the service and filing of said petition;
And the court having held a hearing upon said petition and being satisfied that the facts stated therein are supported by substantial evidence, hereby finds that petitioner was born at Goodland, in the County of Sherman, State of Kansas, on the 29 day of August, in the year 1908;
That petitioner's original name was LENA LAVINA HOBBS; that on the 3d day of July, 1923, said name was changed to LENA LAVINA LINNELL, by Marriage;
That petitioner's father was William E. Hobbs, of the City of Goodland, State of Kansas, who was born at Hamilton County, Indiana, on the 10 day of September, 1869, and that petitioner's mother was Lenna Hobbs, of the City of Goodland, State of Kansas, whose maiden name was Lenna Bartholomew and who was born at Camp Point, Illinois, on the 29 day of March, 1880.
And the court further finds that petition is entitled to a decree of this court requiring the registration of the birth of said petition by the State Registrar of Vital Statistics.
IT IS THEREFORE herby ordered and decreed that the birth of said petitioner be registered by the State Registrar of Vital Statistics.
Done in open court in duplicate this 5th day of May, 1961.

LINNELL, Lena L.-- 70, a resident of Roseburg, passed away at a Roseburg hospital January 21, 1979.She was born August 29, 1908, in Ruleton, Kansas.She was a resident of the Roseburg area since 1936, moving here from Newburg, Oregon, and previously moving there from Kansas.On July 3, 1923, she was married to Simeon S. Linnell in Goodland, Kansas.She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene at Roseburg,Survivors include her husband, Simeon Linnell of Roseburg; 5 children, Betty Wilkers of Pocatello, Idaho, Fern Childers of Roseburg, Donald Linnell of Sutherlin, Ralph Linnell of Seattle, Washington, and Dennis Linnell of Anchorage, Alaska; 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.She was preceded in passing by 1 brother and 2 sisters.Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 1979, at the First Church of the Nazarene at 2 P.M. with Pastors Rev. Everett I. Baker and Rev. Terri Irish officiating.Graveside services and interment will follow at Roseburg Memorial Gardens.Donation may be made to the Nazarene School.WILSON'S CHAPEL OF THE ROSES, directors.
