The Ljucovic Family Home Page

I am currently researching the Ljucovic family history. We are ethnic Albanians that have resided in Podgorca, Montenegro, Yugoslavia for many generations. My father, Zef Ljucovic, immigrated to Canada in 1968. So far I have only been able to go back as far as my grandfather, Doka Dola Ljucovic who was the mayor of a town in Montenegro for 16 years. He was born in 1868 and died in 1952 at 84 years old. My father comes from a family of 12 children. We have a very large family which makes this family tree construction a bit of a difficult task.
I have just started this process and any information that could be provided would be of great assistance. The research that I have done so far has revealed many interesting and honourable stories that have made me proud of my ancestry. I look forward to any information that can be provided.
