Mallisa, female, age 8, born in Arkansas. Eliza(beth) female, age 3, Born in Texas.

RESIDENCE: James Locke on 1840 US Census, Phillips County, Arkansas, Big Creek Township. Age brackets 001201-0011 with four males and two females in the family. This could be the grand father of Herman Gernade Locke, as of this date 15 July 1995, no proof of this James Locke, being the grandfather of Herman Gernade Locke.
