My grandfather (Enoch Philip Starcher) was born out of wedlock in 1886. His mother is Susan Elizabeth Estep and she was born February 1865. She was married two times. Their marriage records states that he was a widow and she was divorced. I have a census record for Kanawha County W.V. in 1900 and she was married to George Henry Camp on March 18, 1891, and they had 3 children with them, my grandfather, Noah & George H. Jr.. They resided in a home as a border with James Estep, Susan's brother. She died shortly after but do not have a date or where barried or anything. She herself had a brother named Noah Estep, we suppose she named her son after him.
