| Joseph Lohmann came over from Bakum Germany with his son Johan Bernard Lohmann (the name changed to John Bernard Loman) and settled in WV and MD. John Davis Bassett was from Cornwall and other family names include Lander and Bloyd Christopher Barton and his son Isaac were from Ireland and include other family names of Vesey, Dubart, Corlew, Grubbs, Ellison, Hopewell, Machado & Hancock. Very extensive family trees and information about Boonesbourgh, MO and the family connections to Andrew Jackson and Daniel Boone. John & Manuel Machado. John was from Portugal and his wife we think from NY and Manuel was born in CA where the rest of the Machado's then settled. Stephen Nestor Buynitzky was from Disna Russian leaving a son behind and working for the US State State Department for consular offices. The Rest of the Buynitzky's settled in the MD and VA area. |
