Court Deed Book H,pg 40 july 7,1831 Washington Co,IN. " It appearing to the satisfaction of the court that Henry Lukenbill of this county is an idiot. Therefore, on the motion of the said James Martin, he is appointed gardian of the said Henry Lukenbill. James Martin sold 241 acres of land on Bear Creek in Washington County that belonged to Henry. Henry lived with David Lukenbill in the 1850 census of said county.
