Christena Geddinger (daughter of Martin Gidenger and Elizabeth B. Gidinger) was born 07 Mar 1794 in the Glades Somerset Co PA, and died Oct 1894 in Harrison County. She married Henry Kimmel on 27 Jun 1813, son of Leonard Kimmel and Susanna Zimmerman.

According to A HISTORY OF CARROL AND HARRISON COUNTIES BY JUDGEwas 14 yrs old when she accompanied her parents to Harrison Co OH in 1808. SHE WAS ONE OF THE MOST VENERABLE AND REVERED PIONEER WOMEN OF HARRISON COUNTY AT THE TIME OF HER DEATH.
