Lorenz Family Ties

Updated October 10, 2004

I have been researching my family geneology for about a year now. I am currently looking for information on MY side of the family. I plan to begin my husbands side in November.

Most recently, I am searching for my Great Grandmother/Grandfather. Agnes Byer Nesbitt, born in WV somewhere in the vacinity of 1890 give or take a few years! She married Robert Kidd Smith from Scotland who imigrated here in 1887. I believe he came through Canada. Either Nova Scotia or New Brunswick. They had 3 children, David O. Smith b. 1911 in PA, Mary Jane Smith b. 1912 in MD & Agnes B. Smith b. 7/29/1918 in WV. Agnes Byer Smith (Nesbitt) supposedly died giving birth to my grandmother, Agnes B. Smith. I am trying to find birth/marriage/death records for Agnes Byer Smith (Nesbitt) and have been up against a wall! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Robert remarried a woman named Emma and they had one child, Ida R. Smith b. abt. 1923 in WV. This is all I know!

I am looking for any photos anyone may have to add to my Heritage Wall in my house!

If I have any information you may want or need, please feel free to contact me!
