Find Family
My Great, Great Grandfather Oliver D. Stinchfield compiled a geneology of the Stinchfield, Stenchfield, Stanchfield going back to John and Elizabeth Stinchfield in the 18th Century. I have the original books which Oliver wrote in the late 1800's. My record now include over 2500 entries which started with his work done by horse and buggy. He was a piano tuner in Maine and traveled throughout New England and as a side line he would visit family and find out the lineage. He lived in Danville Junction, Maine with his family. My Great, Great, Great Grandfather Jeremiah Stinchfield was the station master for the Grand Truck Railroad in Danville Junction, Maine. It is a very colorful history of the Stinchfield's and follows the lineage of all the boys of John and Elizabeth Stinchfield. I want to give as much to those out there reseaching to find their lineage. Please contact me if you have questions or if you have additional information.
