Loreto and Ratliff of Washington

I am researching my husband and mine family history. To make things harder my mother was adopted and we had nothing to go on. Also my father was born in the Philippines and didn't know really anything about his father except for his name. Today though we have slowly found both missing links and began researching.
As for my husband his is so far so easy for the fact his grandmother had a lot of information to begin with. Thank you Grandma for all your help on this.
