1. JACOB¹ ZIENTEK was born Unknown in Poland (possibly Poznan area), and died Unknown in Poland (possibly Poznan area). He married MAGDALINA ROZNOWSKI Bef. 1867 in Poland. She was born 1850 in Poland (possibly Poznan area), and died September 14, 1934 in America (where unknown).

1. Not much is known about Jacob Zientek. Jacob Zientek was the first husband of Magdalina Roznowski. Jacob Zientek & Magdalina had three children.

2. There three children came to America and settled in Washington County, Texas.

Notes for MAGDALINA ROZNOWSKI:
When Magdalina came to America, she had with her a young son, Henry Strzelecki. Hear-say is that Henry's father was Jacob Strzelecki. Henry's father is reported to have probably died in Poland before Magdalina and Henry made their trip.
Magdalina was married a third time to Szymon "Sam" Kmiec in 1905. They had no children. Magdalena, at age 55, was a widower when she married Sam Kmiec. Sam was born October 20, 1857 in Laskowo, Poznan, Poland to the parents of Fabian & Honoriate (Janczak) Kmiec. According to his headstone, he was born October 12, 1855. He died January 4, 1945 and is buried at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Chappell Hill, Texas. Sam migrated from Poland by way of New York in 1880.
On the 1900 Washington County, Texas Census, Magdalena is living with her son, Tony Zantok (Zientek) 23, wife Katie, 18, mother Maggie, 50 and son Henry 18. It's believed that Maggie is Magdalena, the mother of Tony.
Born 1850 in Poland (possibly Poznan area); Died September 14, 1934. According to Max Zientek (Magdalina is his grandmother), Magdalina is buried in the St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery in Chappell Hill, Washington County, Texas. There is no headstone for her. But Max knows where she is buried.
