| I am researching the Kennedy family from Ohio, Iowa, Indiana, and South Dakota.My GGGrandfather was Andrew S. Kennedy who was born in 1815 somewhere in Iowa.I don't know where he was before that. He married Lucinda Malcom January 1, 1837 in Delaware County, Indiana.I know that they had two sons, Murray (b circa 1860 in Black Hawk Co. Iowa) and William (my ggrandfather b August 6, 1860 in Selma, Indiana).He then married Sarah Fiers October 25, 1863 in Delaware County, Indiana.Andrew and Sarah had three children, Job (b 1866), Martha and Lucinda (both b 1870). In addition, I am researching the Herman Hoyt family of the Fort Ransom North Dakota area.They also lived in the Sergant County, Lisbon, Anselm areas in North Dakota. He also lived in Minnesota.He was born on March 24, 1857 in Green Bush, Shoboygan Co., Wisconsin.He married Kittie Bryan in 1884 in Minnesota.They had five sons: Frank, Charles, George, Fred, Ross, and two daughters: Nellie and Mable.
