1. THOMAS¹ HUMPHREY^1,² was born Abt. 1800 in Georgia², and died Abt. 1843 in Troup Co, GA². He married MALINDA JOHNSON^3,⁴ Abt. 1820 in Jasper Co, GA⁴, daughter of WILLIAM JOHNSON and POLLY ???. She was born Bet. 1800 - 1810, and died Bef. 1843⁴.

1) At this time (11-8-98), I have not been able to determine any other info on Thomas or Malinda except what is above. I have found the following Thomas's in the 1830 and 1840 Georgia Census. This info is as follows:

1 male under 5 and 1 male 20-30
1 female 15-20.

Thomas HUMPHREY -- Hancock Co, pg 152
2 males 5-10, 1 male 15-20, 1 male 20-30, and 1 male 40-50
2 females 10-15 and 1 female 20-30.
This Thomas was living next to a Matthew HUMPHREY. I have also found were a Thomas HUMPHREY married a Sally in 1808 Hancock Co. This may be that Thomas.
