Notes for Eva Mary Adair: Eva made the Book of Memories cake for the Woodville Sch o o l reunion in 1967. Her father Thomas and uncle John Ad a i r were pallbearers at Blair Lund's funeral in 1912 in E lk ho rn. After Clarence died, Eva remained on the farm until he r s o n James could take over - she kept home for him the n mov e d into Maryfield Sask in 1976, and died suddenly i n her h om e in 1978.
On cairn dedicated to the first Woodville Church: "On memory's page we can see again, the church by the s i d e of the road, and he dear folks of yore are with us on c e m ore, in the church by the side of the road. A roo m o f quie t, a temple of peace, a home of faith where doub ting s cease . A house of reverence where hope is given , a sourc e of str ength to make earth heaven.
