I am researching the Lurton family. James Walter Lurton came to Pensacola, Florida approximately 1880. He was born in Louisville, KY 12-16-1845. I hope to find someone with information about the family prior to the Pensacola arrival. I also am researching the family of my maternal great-great-grandfather, Don Francisco Moreno, born in Pensacola, FL in 1872. He had 27 children by three wives. The youngest of the 27 children was born when he was 79! She died in Pensacola in 1963. I would like to receive any information on "modern day" descendants of Don Francisco Moreno. I will gladly share what I have learned with others. |
