Delightful and Interesting Trip Mrs. Lettie Nelson has recently returned from a pleasant and delightful visit with friends and relatives, which began in October when she spent a week with Miss Berta Bornstein at New York City, then visited her sister, Mrs. Glennis Coe at Boonton, N.J. After enjoying Thanksgiving Day dinner with her sister, she left from La Guardia airport and head dinner with her daughter, Mrs. Ruth Edwards, she went to San Francisco where she spent several weeks with her sister, Mrs. Margaret Coombs Macie. While there she was in the famous Green Eye Hospital for treatment. Returning to Eugene, Oregon, for three weeks. Leaving there by United Air Lines Feb. 14 at 6:30PM and arrived at Portland the next day at 3 PM continued her trip home by rail and boat, after a most interesting and happy holiday time.
