DEATHS - Mrs. Mary V. Johnson Mrs. Mary V. Johnson, 89, widow of Charles A. Johnson of 123 Main St., Rockport, died yesterday at the Addison Gilbert Hospital. She was born in Missouri April 27, 1877, the daughter of Henry and Eleanor Nelson. She was a Gold Star Mother. One son, Arthur L. Johnson, was killed in service in Italy Feb. 9, 1944 during World War II. She is survied by one son Gustave A. Johnson of Rockport, five daughters, Mrs. Hilda McHugh of Farmingdale N.Y.; Mabel J, Wife of Edwin J. Brennan of Gloucester; Mary E., wife of George Gille of Tampa, Fla.; and Esther L., wife of John A. Pascussi of Rockport; 39 grandchildren, and 62 great grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be held at the Burgess and Mackey Funeral Home, 117 Main St., Rockport, Tuesday at 2 p.m. with burial in the family lot in Locust Grove Cemetery, Rockport.
