We are currently researching our grandfather Percy Wilson.

Percy was the longest serving President of The Blue Mountains Shire.he was president January 1923 – December 1925 and January 1928 – December 1936, a total of 18 years, 12 of them as president.

Gloria Park Lawson and Gloria Lookout Leura were named after his daughter and Claires Glen, Bullaburra after his wife. Wilson Park Lawson named in 1931 and Wilson Way Blaxland named 1932 in honour of Percy Wilson’s contribution to the Blue Mountains.
