I was born Charles Richard Mowers January 26, 1948 in Detroit< Michigan (Ford Hospital). My parents were Audrey and David Mowers. I have siblings whose names are: Dale Bishop, Raymond Bishop, Judy Bishop, Bruce Bishop, and Debbie Mowers. I was adopted by Frederick and Barbara Lysett in January 1954 in Detroit.
