Howard E. White, Jr was born in Otway, Ohio on March 10, 1925 to Howard E. White, Sr. and Mellissa Pearl Ross. He married Mary Stump and they had two children, Nelson Earl and Doris Ann White. They resided at Route 2 in Otway, Ohio, also known as Hoffer Hill,in Scioto County located in Southern Ohio. Howard's Grandparents were: Martha Lue Emma(Hoffer)and Lafe Ross, Samuel Ross, Rose Ann(Hartzell) and Samuel Hoffer, Mionnie B.(Starrett)and Harrison White,Serena(Powell)and Paul White, Hester and Jacob Starrett.
