William Mansell came from a large family, had something like 7 brothers and sisters. Some number of brothers and sisters supposedly ended up in the employ of royalty as maids, housekeepers, and one of the brothers was a blacksmith to whomever was King at the time. Another one of the brothers supposedly was put through school, paid for by some member of royalty.
