I am researching the ancestors of my children Sebastian and Rebekka MACK from Frankfurt / Main in Germany. The ancestors came from Germany = Wuerttemberg, Baden, Palatinate, Hessen, Niedersachsen, Bavaria, from the Bukovina former Austrian Empire, now Romania, from Bohemian = former Germany now Czech Republic and from East Prussia = former Germany now Russia.
Especially from the Bukovina I have been able to add lots of names to our Family Tree. I have also had some luck in tracing siblings of direct ancestors. However, I would like additional information on other siblings to find some new cousins all over the world.
I am also researching to my ancestors which were emigrated from Hemau (Oberpfalz in Bavaria / Germany) to St. Petersburg / Russia in the years 1765/1766. In 1792 they were resettled from St.Petersburg / Russia into the Ukraine, where they created the city Jamburg near Dnepropetrovsk. After my searches at least a part of the emigrants might come from Deuerling near Hemau / Oberpfalz / Germany. Who can say something to me about these families, or the emigration? Please have a look to my Family photos ! That’s the names of the families: BLEICHER, BUTJON, DONHAUSER, ILLENSEER, KLASß (KLASS), LAUTENSCHLAGER
The following are only a few of further surnames that appear on this site:
MACK; STRAUß; ZACHMANN; GIESE; ZIEGLER; MEDER; STATT; GESKE; WAGNER; WESTRICH; FORTMUELLER; SCHIPPER; OTT; IRION; HASSEL; HAAS; WERB; KERTH; KURZ; SCHNELZER; BAUER; HOMOLKA; SONNLEITNER; SAUER; ANDRÉ; FELLA; GLÜCK; GOLDINGER; LÖSER; MAIER; RÖDER; RÜTSCH; AST; ARMBRÜSTER; LICHTENBERGER
There are about 6450 persons and 2320 families entered on my database.
I would like to thank everyone whom I have gathered information from for my Home Page !
Any information would be appreciated ! I am also willing to share all the information that I have !
