The Richard Madlener Family Home Page

I am researching the Madlener and Seipp families of Chicago, Illinois.
Conrad Seipp was born September 27, 1825 in Lagen, Hesson, Germany (Parents Johnnes and Anna Katharina: born Lagen, Germany, Sept. 18,1791) In 1849 he emigrated to Rocester, N.Y. The same year he moved to Chicago.
Fridolin Madlener was born May 3 1835 in Goldbach Germany and emegrated to Chicago in 1858.
I'd like to know more about my German ancestors.
Any information would be appreciated.
