Isaac Arsenault (son of Antoine Arsenault and Louise Boudrot) was born 1786 in Havre Aubert, Magdalen Islands, Quebec, Canada, and died 1869 in Havre Aux Maisons, Iles De La Mad, Quebec, Canada. He married Marie Cormier on 08 Nov 1808 in Havre Aubert, Quebec, Canada, daughter of Jean Cormier.
Notes for Isaac Arsenault: Isaac WAS indeed the son of Antoine and Louise Boudrot! and Antoine was the son of Abraham and Marguerite Nuirat. The truth of this is borne out by several marriage dispensations accorded to Isaac's grandchildren which allies him to Antoine's family. Antoine's being the son of Abraham was the result of the documented research of Stephen A.White, the world's expert on Acadian genealogy in Moncton. Isaac was the older brother of Germain and Marcel, two other of his siblings who are the ancestors of the Arseneaus at the Islands, along with him.
As for Pierre & Théotiste Bourgeois, they never had a son born to them named Isaac, only Pierre and Charles, and these can be found in the Miquelon registers. They came to the Magdalens and setted at Entry Island with their mother, sister and brother-in-law, before all removing to Havre-aux-Maisons. Per Dennis Boudreau
