MACIEJEWSKI / MAJESKI FAMILY

My Great Grandfather is Martin Maciejewski. He comes from a small Village in what is now Poland, then "East Prussia", called Raczyce just outside of his home parish of Adelnau, now called Odolanow, in the Province of Posen. About 20 of is fellow residents came with him to America in 1897 and all of that group homesteaded in Avon, MN. I have been to both Poland and Germany to visit different Archives and Libraries. I am looking for any information on the history of the Parish of Odolanow and Raczyce. Also for information on German Army Units before 1900. Any family connections or information to the questions above would be appreciated.
