I am researching the William Oscar Majors Family. They where located in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. They came from Tennessee, but not sure from which part. Oscar Majors married Annie Alice Hall. They had 11 children, Herman which is my father-in-law, Maxie, Thomas Henry, Charlie, Chester, Alvie, Koontie, John Robert, Dollie, Odell, and a possibly of another child.

I am also trying to research his mothers family. The Silvey line I am researching came from Roane County, Tenn. James Henry's father is William M. Silvey, he married Samantha Doss on January 22, 1888. The other children they had was Hugie, Bessie, Susie, Verna, Gertrude, Ruth, Saddie or Suddie,Dean and Pearl, James Henry is the oldest. James Henry Silvey, he married Ida Florance Whitney. They had 4 daughter, one was adopted out. The last count his mother had of her she lived in Michigan. The kids of James Henry and Ida are Virginia, Lena, Katherine, and Nancy.

Any information on any of the surnames would be appreciated.
Will share the information that of have on Majors, Hall, and Silvey.
