Estate of Lewis M. Fentriss deceased
On Motion. The affidavits of B. C. Shockly, Ephraim Burrow and Thomas I Keeser, stating that the estate of said Fentress deceased, is valued at two hundred and sixty five dollars and forty two cents was laid before the court. Wherein from this court being satisfied that said estate is less than three hundred dollars, and that the deceased, died leaving a widow, doth adjudge, order and decree that the estate of said deceased vest; absolutely, in the widow of said Lewis M. Fentress.
