I am researching the MANLEY family from Granite County, MT. I believe Martin R. Manley was born in San Francisco, CA. in 1869 and came to what is now Montana in the 1880s. I also believe Martin's father emigrated to San Fransico, CA, from Scotland sometime in the 1850s. It was at this time that the family name changed from FARQUHARSON to MANLEY. Martin married Annie MACMURRAY in 1891. They had two sons: William Francis and George. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
