I am searching the names of Mann, Puckett, Thomas from the South.
The oldest information I have is from "HISTORY OF MANN FAMILY" written by J.W. and T.A.Mann from Atlanta, Ga. This was written by my grandfather, Thomas Adli Mann, 12/18/1887 to 4/23/1966. This history goes back to a Robert Mann from Newberry, S.C. who was the father of a James Mann married to Judith Mann. James was in the revolutionary war and later moved to Elbert County, Ga. James had two brothers, John and Robert. I am looking for any information on the Mann's of SC, GA, VA.

I am also looking for anny information on William B.C. Puckett, a major in the Confederacy in Phillips Legion.
