The MANNHEIM family originally from Buda, Hungary, is looking for descendants of LAJOS MANNHEIM and KLARA FISCHER who were parents of GJULA, KARL, PAULA and IMRE MANNHEIM. One child emmigrated to Italy and reportedly had a child ENRICO MANNHEIM. Imre Mannheim came to New York, NY and I am a direct descendant, but I have no information about his brothers or sisters. We are also seeking further information about CHAS. DAVIDSON (ca 1820-1890) who was the father of YEHUDA LABE DAVIDSON (1842-1922), IDA DAVIDSON and HYMAN DAVIDSON. The DAVIDSON family established itself in Des Moines, Iowa and Los Angeles, CA and has branches throughout the United States and a large segment is in Buenos Aires, Argentina and in Israel. ISAAC HENRY GOLDBERG (ABT 1882-1941) was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and little is known about his parents SAMUEL (YoJoachim) GOLDBERG. The GOLDBERG family established itself in Los Angeles, California where the surviving children of Isaac & Rose Goldberg and their descendants continue to reside. I would appreciate any assistance about our early ancestors. In the past ten years I have accumulated a substantial amount of family information for some 600 family mambers that I would like to share, verify and expand to include pictures and stories. |
