Hello,I am looking for the sirnames Bishop,Bennett,Wells,Stone,Crenshaw,Leisure,Hanlin or Hanlon,Smothers....Our family comes from missouri,wisconsin,colorado,Kansas,and North carolina,they go all the way back to Ireland and England...Oh yes and Conneticut is where the Bennetts are from...I am also looking for the House family... One Martha Hanlin has somehow escaped our grasp , she is my great grandmother,Died 1896 in Greenfield Mo....We cannot find any trace only the fact she was married to John G. Bishop for awhile and in 1883 married a Owen Leisure and than we lost track,some say she was shot in the back by a man named Hunter.....(A MYSTERY WE HOPE TO SOLVE)Any informantion you may have would be appreciated and I will share also......... |
