  This picture was taken about 1904-1905 and includes the entire Manning family and grandmother, Nancy Gann. Nancy Gann was born in 1837, wife of James M. Manning, survivor and victim of the Civil War fought on their land in Hiram, Georgia in 1864. She is sitting up front with her arm around her grandchild, Murlia Manning Layton. Standing with her arm on Nancy's shoulder is Virgie Manning Bishop and younger brother, Homer Reed Manning. Second row bigining right to left is LeRoy Manning, Viola Manning Causey, and James Allen Manning. Richard (Dick Manning) and Drucilla Jane Karr Manning are the parents.
