Hi! We have been doing research on the Maple family for almost 10 years and have lots of interesting info. Starting with Benjamin Maple Sr. c.1663 in Ipswich, Suffolk Co., England on down through 13 generations till now.

We're specifically trying to find out when Benjamin arrived here and how, and his parent's names. The surname used to be Shakemaple, and we also want to find out who,when,and why it was changed.
