I am Andrew William Marshall, born 15 September, 1945, in Skipperville, Dale County, Alabama. I am researching the Marshall's of Dale County Alabama. Samuel Marshall came from Kershaw Dist. SC to what is now Dale County in 1828 with his wife Elizabeth T. Jones and four children. Samuel is the father of many of the Marshall's in the wiregrass area of Alabama (Southeast Alabama). I also have information on Samuel's father John and grandfather James who both lived in Kershaw Dist. SC. I am also researching the family of my wife Glenda Sue Woodall.
