"1810 and 1820 South Carolina Census shows Joseph Jr. Stapp had sons that match the ages of these five Stapp men who eventually had all migrated into Pickens County, Alabama in the same general location. I am convinced that they were all brothers." William Ditmer Jordan of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
