Agnes Aitken¹² was born Abt. 1795 in Wigtownshire, and died date unknown. She married Crawford Brown, son of James Brown and Jean Aitken.

Notes for Agnes Aitken:
On the 1851 Census Agnes and Crawford are recorded in Main St, Ballantrae with their neice, AGNES W BROWN, born in Glasgow c 1840. Agnes's father, John Aitken aged 88, was also living with them. They were then recorded in Main St Ballantrae on the 1861 Census and then with their daughter( should be niece ?), Agnes Gary, on the 1871 Census.
