I have been interested in family history for many years. Unfortunately, I waited until 1993 to begin researching and by then all of my grandparents, who would have been excellent sources of information, had passed away.
Much of the information in this book comes from our cousin, Roger Busk, who began researching the Busk family tree in the late 1960's. He has done research in Denmark and now lives in London, England. His address is:

I had the privilege to meet Aunt Myrtle Busk Fransen, the last surviving child of Christian Hansen and Ane Kirstine Busk, at the 1994 Busk Reunion in Brookings, South Dakota. She shared many memories and a family history that she has written is included in this book. Many other Busk cousins were also helpful and shared their information and memories.
