He married Jane (possibly) McCrillis^34,³⁵ Bef. 1763 in probably in Canterbury, New Hampshire ³⁶, daughter of Daniel McCrillis. She died March 9, 1813 in West Derby, Vermont.

21. Nathaniel³ Sias (John², John¹) was born Abt. 1744 in Durham, New Hampshire. He married Abigail Sherburne Abt. 1766.

Notes for Nathaniel Sias:
Nathaniel is placed third in order and his birth given as 1744,
because Nathaniel's name is given on the petition for the town
of Lee, along his uncles, Joseph, Samuel, and Solomon, in 1765,
and to sign this petition he must be 21 years of age. The fact
that his father, John Jr., did not sign, may indicate that he
had died or had gone with his sons, Charles and Benjamin, to
Canterbury, leaving Nathaniel on the old home place.

Benjamin moved from Durham to Canterbury, NH, about 1762 with
his brother, Charles, and possibly, thier father, John Jr., and
mother Hannah Sampson. He moved to VT about 1792 and where he
became even more prominent.
