I resighn ^ to ist Creator in all humble hope of its future hapiness as in the disposal off a Being infinitely good as to my Body my will is that it be buried near my dear parents I hereby make and appoint my perticular friend JoWilliams, CSC and William Martin my son my Executors JoWilliams for his trouble I Leave half my Law Books his an the Executors of this my last wile and testament the land whereon I now live. I give to my wife as long as she lives and my two daughters Elizabeth and Jenifer to be entitled to a home as long as they live live Single there this part that I gave unto my wife I designate by beginning at Sinclair McMickles line and running up the river to a white oak that stands near a fence that runs across the low grounds near a branch from the said white oak to the river along a row of Locust Bushes and from the white oak N North to the Back line also one Negro wench and her child Pat named Dorcas a grey hors too cows and a fourth of the sheep and hogs gees and ducks and chickens one Bed and a third of the ???? ???? Earthen wair and Kitchen furniture ???? and such like to be given to her by my Executors one desk and chair. Item I give and bequeath to my son David the tract of Land I have given to his mother Winefred Martin at her Death one Negro fellow by the name of Isaac one Bed and the remainder of the stock and houshold furniture that I have not given to my wife to be Equally devided by my Executors Between David, William Elizabeth and Jenifer page 2 If David ever Discraces himself by Marrying into M??? Aurtetta family if he does all all that I have left him to be equally divided between all his Brothers and Sisters by my Executors. Item I give and Bequeath to my son Alfred the tract of land whereon he now has lives joining John Spencer and William Cook one negro fellow by the name Abraham Item I give and bequeath to my son William the upper part of my land Beginning at a white oak that Binds his mothers part from there holding all the Land up to John Shores there out to the Back line one negro fellow by the name of Sam. Item I give to my Daughter Elizabeth a wench by the name of Ann one Bed. Item I give to my Daughter Jenifer a child by the name of Beth and another by the name of Na?? one Bed Item I will Chaney and Lee be sold with twelve Months Credit with taking Bond with good security ??? ??? Collected by my Executors and the money to be equally Divided between Sarah Spencer and Diana Mac Mickle and Mary Martin, Betra and Jenifer.
