I Isaac Martin of the C[ounty of Wilkes being in perfect health and memory do make and ordain this to be my will and testament, dis- anulling all former Wills and Testaments heretofore made by me and my desire is that it shall be in manner and form as followith. Viz. ?????? I lend to my beloved wife Peggy Martin during her widowhood all my estate both real and personal with the increase for her support. only it is my de- sire that she shall not lend nor destroy any part of my estate and its mly desire that if my beloved wife during her life or widowhood should make any thing of my estate more than her support that she may not give nor lend to any one of my children more than another and after her my beloved wifes death or widowhood to be divided in the following manner Fo[rm Item. I give and bequeath unto my beloved son John Ma[rtin and his heirs Jearns negro man, Anthony another man Lucy a negro girl and her increase and twenty poun[ds hard money to make his part equal in ???? negros Item. I give my beloved daughter Fanny Green and her [????? Judy and her increase and David a negro boy and Phebe a negro girl and her increase. Item.
